Taman Kelissa

We worked on Taman Kelissa after the planning approval had been obtained. As such, it was not possible to change the concept but to make the architecture work as well as resolve authority issues.

Taman Kelissa consists of a 11 storey apartment block consisting of 142 units of apartment. There are another 6 units of 2 storey semi detached homes located just in front of the apartment block. Facilities for the apartment also include a 2 storey management block with gym and swimming pool.
