BP2-3-2 consists of 65 units of two storey Terrace Houses and 4 units of Double storey Bungalows  This is a continuation of BP2-3-1.  For this phase, darker tones for the roof was selected compared to the orange/terra cotta of the earlier phase.  The development borders the lake.
