We designed this project for one of the biggest developer in Malaysia and obtained planning permission as well as building approval.  This commercial development is next to a man made lake catering to the residential properties.  We stopped our services after obtaining the building plan approval as we could not align our services with the client's way of work.  Nonetheless, after the new Principal Submitting Person was apponted, we assisted his company in providing tender documentation for the project.
